Jude Chinedu Oranuba
Jude is the principal partner of the firm and a graduate of Law with Honours from the University of Nigeria and also holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Management and Finance Law. He is also a notary public of the supreme court of Nigeria.
He oversees the department of commercial law in the firm. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), International Bar Association (IBA), The Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce, Nigeria-America Chamber of Commerce and a legal adviser to the Nigerian German Business Group.
He has attended and delivered papers in several national and international conferences on commercial law practice.
George U. Oranuba
George is a partner in the firm. He is a graduate of law with Honours from University of Benin. He holds a Masters degree in International Commercial Law. He is the head of Recoveries & Arbitration Department.
George worked with various financial institutions both local and international in the areas of recoveries, merger & acquisition, anti-trust and corporate governance. He is a very active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
